Adding honey to your lotion will increase moisture retention. A little bit of honey will leave hair looking and feeling great.

If you are really concerned about your beauty care, avoid caffeine at all costs. Caffeine can leave you feeling jittery and looking tired after consumption. If you insist on drinking tea or coffee, try to limit it to one cup a day. Rather than drinking caffeinated tea or coffee, drink a good quality green tea and decaf coffee.

Use peppermint oil and purified or filtered water to create your own no-alcohol mouthwash. You will use one drop of oil per ounce of water. The water should be boiled first, and then you can measure the oil into a container that can hold boiling water, like ceramic or Pyrex. Add boiling water for the next step. Keep the container covered with a clean handkerchief or other cloth while it cools. Pour the liquid into a bottle that has a lid that fits tightly. You now have your own custom mouthwash!

Try putting some cucumbers onto your eyes to get rid of puffiness. You should leave them on for 10 minutes or so. As alternatives, you can use a cucumber, teabags or a chilled teaspoon. This will reduce the puffiness and help you look fresher in minutes.
