Sometimes, the idea of going to the dentist alone sounds scary that we would rather endure the temporary pain. It is not until our tooth ache turns unbearable that we decide to go on our last resort which is to have it extracted by our dentist. The appropriate course of action however, is the opposite to this. Going to the clinic should be your initial move, and should in fact be a regular habit.

Experts recommend us to at least visit our dentists twice a year. This will ensure that we know the conditions of our teeth and what we can do to improve our oral hygiene.
