Miso. Miso is created from soybeans. It is added to wheat, rice, rye, barley, and the likes. It is made to be paste-like in substance so it is good to use as a spread or sauce. However, there is a more popular usage of the said food. You can commonly use this as a miso soup that can whet your appetite during meals.

Do not forget about the veggie burgers. This is actually one of the tastiest ways to add the required nutrients to your diet. You can just use vegetables, legumes, wheat, rice, eggs, nuts, and soybeans as the common ingredients for your veggie burgers. You can enjoy lower saturated fat and cholesterol with this.

Protein bars. When you want an extra boost of protein during workouts, then you should consider consumption of protein bars. It can help you get through the day so you should eat it when you need it the most. This is surely one helpful food you can have which can give you the necessary nutrients needed by your body.

Edamame. With baby soybeans, you can serve peas in a pod dish called edamame to people. Since this is still green, you can enjoy its high nutrition. Serving the edamame means that you have to boil it first. Once you finished boiling, you have to sprinkle salt all over it so that you can serve it as a snack.

Yogurt with soy in it is healthy. This can be a healthy replacement to have for your regular yogurt. If you want to increase your regular intake of the said vitamin, then you can use this for that. The said yogurt has high content of calcium, protein, and nutrients. You can use this to make smoothies with fruits.
