It is therefore fit for consumption by people whose schedules are busy since taking meal breaks can sometimes be a distraction from achieving your objectives for the day. Researchers say that the fruit was in existence millions of years ago. Ancient humans ate this and other fruits but benefited more from calories in avocado. Since they were and still are healthy, people did not suffer health complications like they do today. Since it is a healthy fruit, it should be consumed more often.
