Why Customer Reviews and Testimonials Are Useful

By Clayton Smith

Most people tend to always read reviews alone when it comes to anything they'd like to do research on online. After all, almost everything online has been criticized and been written a review of by a respectable website or blogger of sorts. Most bloggers are even paid to do a review of something, and chances are, they do actually make good money out of it. Whether they are paid to make something look good and cover up its deficiencies is something that is up for debate, but, fact is, most reviews these days are made by bloggers whom are allowed to test products themselves.

Yes, it is true that some, if not most, reviews are considered to be biased at some point and in some cases, most tend to say that they make the deficiencies of whatever it is being reviewed. Fact is, biased or not, it does provide useful information and insights about whatever the content may be, and these insights could prove to be useful, and that given that they are actually factual, there's no reason to actually doubt their authenticity.

Besides, reviews that are written about anything that's related to the field of medicine will most likely be written by a doctor or someone that is very knowledgeable about the given field, which means to say that it will be based on facts, and that it will be very informative. Then again, the doubt still remains as to whether it was written for positive publicity alone and that should be a reason for caution.

So, if and ever you have no trust about these reviews and want something that actually is based mainly on facts, then, you may want to consider reading customer reviews and testimonials. Yes, it may be true that these may not be as informative, but, rest assured that they will be factual. They will also contain insights that some doctors may have failed to see or failed to point out, and that they will give you the customer's or client's point of view of things and of the procedure itself.

To trust it may be risky, and that it may not be as informative, but it is and will be useful so, you should not take it for granted.

That said, if and ever you are planning to go to Dr Tam Dieu to undergo any procedure you may be thinking of, it is important that you heavily consider to read testimonials Yes, I know, these testimonials may be hand chosen and that the good ones may be the only one shown, but, even the good testimonials provide you with useful insights about the surgeon himself and will likely give you an idea as to what sort of surgeon you are likely going under the scalpel to.
