Men are very attracted to a woman who takes care of themselves. A woman who has nice skin and nice hair and is well groomed is much more likely for a man to talk to them. But on the flip side, women like a man who is just as groomed. Having coarse, dry irritated skin is a great way for the girl you are hitting on to take the drink you bought them and walk away rudely.
Dry skin is the worst too. It's itchy and irritating and looks awful. Really dry skin can be a detriment to your physical appearance as well. If you have really dry skin, you can start flaking and that could ruin any first impression you are trying to make. Something as simple as dry skin can destroy any chance you had at getting that girl you have been trying to talk to.
