There are certain rules to follow at the completion of a tanning application. Dark and loose fitting are a good outfit choice when planning to apply the solution. It helps to not wear wool, nylon or silk because the fabrics can stick on the epidermis.

Users have to wait at least six hours to shower after applying the solution. During the waiting process, it is wise to not participate in an activity that causes the body to sweat or become wet. Exercising and swimming are not recommended while waiting for it to dry. Most people have a skin care regimen that involves exfoliating. Tanners have to wait a minimum of three days before exfoliating because it leads to the tan fading.

If the tan starts to fade, then you will need to reapply the sunless solution. You can maintain it with regular maintenance. Tan sunless fades because of the body losing skin cells and have to be maintained with regular applications.
